1997 Toyota Hiace AWD

This is a Right Hand Drive 1991 LH113 Toyota HIACE with the Toyota factory Cruising Cabin Pop-Top camper van kit. These camper vans are extremely rare as Toyota only manufactured a select few in house (It is believed there were only 250 units total) specifically for the Japanese market. At only 15,700 miles this example has the fewest miles of any Cruising Cabin that I could find in Japan or the rest of the world for that matter. Between the low production number and extremely low milage and good condition this van is a rare collectable.  

I personally imported this van in 2022 over a 5 month process, this is not a quick flip import like you might see elsewhere. It received a Level 4 auction grade which is the highest grade for a vintage vehicle. I purchased a private inspection and Japan carfax report before bidding to ensure it was properly represented. I've spent two years maintaining and modifying this incredible time capsule. This Van feels stable and strong at 70mph as well as nimble and capable off-road to get you to those remote camping areas. The new suspension feels great and is a huge improvement over stock. I could only find 1 registered owner in Japan for this Van and I am the only US owner since import so I am confident in assuming I am the second owner in the 33 years since this van was manufactured. Over the last 2 years this van has been stored in my temperature controlled garage. I am only selling as it is currently my 5th vehicle and I have yet to be able to get away even once for a camping trip since ownership. I have put 300 miles on the van since my ownership.

Things to know: - Minor dents in body consistent with age. - Minor rust bubbles in paint around bottom of windshield/ wiper arm area. - There is a small amount of surface rust on the undercarriage, I have not tried to remedy this to allow for complete transparency. This van is the most rust free import I have seen from Japan and is amazingly rust free for its age. A simple steel brush and rattle can rust reformer would be a perfect fix. - The speedometer stopped working for me last year, I have not bothered to fix it as between it reading in Kilometers and the larger tires it really wasn't very helpful. I have been using the GPS on the headunit for speed reading. - Minor carpet damage/stains consistent with age. - Diesel injection pump had a leak last winter; it hasn't recurred in warmer weather. A reseal kit is included. Repair costs ranging from $200 to $2,000 depending on which seal on the pump that might need replaced. - AC has a slow leak in the system. After a few months it needs to be recharged. The AC shop filled the system with UV Dye to help located the leak in the future.  

Other comparable Hiaces sales have recently sold for $30,000 and $32,000 respectively. These comps have 5 to 10 times more miles than this example.

1991 Toyota HIACE Cruising Cabin (Only 15K Miles!)

Very cool rig with a 2.8 Litre Turbo Diesel engine, intercooler, manual transmission, air conditioning, and low range 4x4! Has 151K original miles. I am looking for a new owner to take good care of this ride. I have taken very good care of this van with regular up keep and maintenance. Oregon registered until Nov 2025.

I bought this Delica from Nomadic Van Life in Sun Valley, Idaho last summer. They specialize in importing these vans from Japan and fixing them up. New all season tires! This is not like the other vans on the market; this is a top notch Delica that is in very good condition.

2006 Mitsubishi Delica 4WD

If you're after a sleek, fast, responsive road vehicle offering the latest in driver amenities - one that will let you dominate
the green light drag race and rule the passing lanes in quiet comfort - well friendo, you've come to the wrong place.



But if you're after a rumbling, immortal, unstoppable, loyal beast of a vehicle that will drag you and yours into and out of the
worst that BC has to offer, buddy, you're in luck. I'd keep it forever if I could, but have to sell due to a relocation.



What it is: 1996 Mitsubishi Delica L400 High Roof. Exceed trim, turbo diesel 2.8 litre. 214,137 km.



Selectable 2WD, 4WD High, 4WD High with Locked Center Diff, and 4WD Low with Locked Center Diff. Seats 7 (2 front, 2 middle + 1
jump seat, 2 rear). Middle bench seat rotates 360 degrees. Rear seats can be easily removed with just four total bolts - we had a
fold-out bed in this space for years.



Imported in 2016 from Japan. We've been the only Canadian owner since import. Maintained by Rising Sun Auto in Richmond, BC.



In addition to routine maintenance, there have been these significant repairs over the years:

- Rear calipers (2025)

- New battery (2023)

- Injection pump (rebuilt) (2022)

- Driver's side window motor (2022)

- Master cylinder (approx. 2019)

- Alternator (2019)

- Crankshaft pulley (2018)



Beyond these specific repairs, the vehicle is nearly 30 years old - 10 of which have been spent in BC and surrounding areas going
on many adventures. As such, cosmetically it shows signs of wear and tear - scratches, dings, scuffed plastic/upholstery here and
there, etc.



MORE IMPORTANTLY: THERE IS RUST ON THE FRAME.



I had the worst of the rust (on the right and left rear frame rails) repaired in the summer of 2025, and we've driven it
consistently since. However, the frame rust will eventually require significant work.



Additional considerations:

- Very good Nokian Outpost nAT all-weather tires (with 3-peak mountain snowflake rating) - one year old.

- Diesel so it starts a bit rough in the cold

- AC doesn't hold a charge, likely due to a leak.

- Rear wiper motor doesn't work

- ABS light is on, likely due to a faulty sensor. This hasn't caused us any problems.

- Some scratches on the exterior

- A bit of rust under the paint on the front above the windshield

- Paint around the turbo scoop has chipped off

- Missing some of the lettering on the "Mitsubishi" and "Delica" decals on the exterior

1993 Mitsubishi Canter Turbo Diesel

Toyota ToyoAce (Dyna) Camper RV: I'm looking for a new owner for this unique machine imported from Japan! Right hand drive. Five speed manual. Rear wheel drive. Dually rear end. Recent tires have around 3000 miles on them. 1995 with approx 54,000 miles (86,000Km. speedo and odometer are in Km btw) on the trusty Toyota 3RZ-FE 2.7 4 cylinder - This engine was sold here in the US for a long time so parts for it are easy to get. 2 x 150 solar panels added to the roof that I used to keep my Ecoflow solar generator charged. (Ecoflow negotiable) Also added a composting toilet to the rear storage room (which can be removed or included). There is no black tank. There is a clean 5 gallon water tank for the sink and a 6 gallon grey water tank. Both are simple plastic jerry cans. Fridge works off battery or shore power. Shore power is 15 amp. There is a chassis battery and a separate house battery that Bothe get charged when the engine is running. Super simple. LED interior lighting. Currently in Rhode Island.
